Co-executive produced by Courteney Cox and Bill Lawrence (Scrubs), Cougar Town is the single-camera comedy that dares to tell the truth about dating after divorce. Juggling a teenage son with her thriving career and budding love life isn't easy, but before you know it, Jules will have you cheering, "Go Cougars!"
WAZ, known indie song writer and ABC Music Lounge favorite, has teamed up with production team Golden/Sgro to compose the music for Cougar Town. Stay tuned to ABC Music Lounge for a live video blog of WAZ in the studio. In the meantime, you can watch WAZ perform "Ordinary Girl" and "These Bright Lights" when he came to ABC's Live On The Lot:

Bill Lawrence, Cougar Town Executive Producer and Creator, on WAZ:
As a show composer WAZ brings something incredibly special. He has the ability to make score music sound current, like it was just lifted off the radio, and yet, it still services the show perfectly.
On SCRUBS we feel like we made some discoveries (Josh Radin) and some rediscoveries (Colin Hay). We’re all music nerds here. As a group we’re confident that WAZ will be the next singer/songwriter that we try to claim credit for. He’s that good.
